Check the work of concrete mixer before use

1, check the gear box and lubrication part of the lubrication (grease) is sufficient.

2, check the power supply voltage, rated voltage 380V, pressure drop not less than 10%, but not more than 5%, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine.

3, check the electrical and electrical components of the wiring is solid, and wire the motor ground to ensure safety, and then turn on the power.

4, connected to water, check the water pump, throttle valve and water pipe reliability.

5, Check the various parts of the link bolts are solid, especially the moving parts of the connection, if loose should be tightened.

6, check the wire rope is neatly arranged in the reel, if loose should be re-wrapped.

7, check the mixing tube, the hopper and track rack whether the foreign body accumulation, if the deposit should be promptly cleaned.

8, check whether the lifting hopper flexible, brake, trip switch action is sensitive, accurate and safe and reliable.
