If the pressure head or pressure plate issuance, should be promptly dealt with, so smooth and no resistance; if the scale body and the outside world interfere with the operation of the concrete mixing station, if the scale is not removed, , Should be promptly isolated; if the three sensor models do not match, the sensor should be replaced by the same model; if the material partial load, should be adjusted.
2, when the hopper does not have the material hopper gate to open and close the difficulty
The failure of the slow performance of the cylinder action, but check the mechanical part of the unloading door without friction, stuck phenomenon, and the solenoid valve, the cylinder is no leakage phenomenon.
Analysis of the reasons may be: poor air, such as gas at the Sanlian the gas-water separator filter too dirty, resulting in poor airway, so that gas flow per unit of time reduced, resulting in slow cylinder activity; muffler dirty, Cylinder action rod chamber and rodless cavity pressure difference becomes smaller, resulting in slow cylinder action.
Handling concrete mixing station failure method is: If the gas path is not smooth, it is timely to clean or replace the filter; if the muffler too dirty, it is timely cleaning muffler.
3, the discharge port is not expected
The failure in the contactor pull, the motor clockwise rotation, the mother screw conveyor discharge port is not expected, a little longer time the air switch will trip; the air switch will start after closing the motor tripping, observation powder No solidification phenomenon.
Analysis of possible reasons: the mother machine for the reverse; air switch damage; mother motor wiring may have a poor contact.
If the air switch is damaged, it should be replaced; if the mother machine motor wiring has a bad contact, should be checked and dealt with. If the machine is not connected to the motor, the motor should be connected to the motor.
4, stirring shaft "boring car"
The performance of the failure of the mixing host in the mixing mortar, the mixing shaft rotation difficult, or even stop.
The mixing blade or the side of the blade and the inner wall of the tank larger gap, a foreign body into the intervening between the card; voltage is too low; mixing parameters of the mixing of the two parts of the material; Setting error.

Handling concrete mixing station failure method is: If the discharge door and seal plate between the foreign body or accumulate material, should clean up the foreign body, the accumulation of materials and flushing discharge gate; if the gas system pressure, the cylinder leakage or damage to the oil mist , Should check the oil mist, fittings, cylinder and other parts are damaged; if the solenoid valve and the relay wiring between the loss, virtual connection or relay damage should check the relay contact output and wiring, if necessary, replacement; if the solenoid valve coil burn Damage or spool stuck, should replace the solenoid valve; if the time relay damage, it should be replaced.
6, conveyor belt deviation
The failure of the performance of three kinds of conditions: First, the conveyor belt in the case of no-load and load to the same side of the deviation, the conveyor belt centerline sideways deviation, the conveyor belt less side of the material bias; Right deviation and no fixed direction; Third, the conveyor belt conveyor belt in the central deviation.


Uneven foundation, flat roller adhesive material, uneven around the groove roller and the main and passive roller unbalanced adjustment will cause the conveyor belt deviation. If the conveyor belt in the case of no-load and load to the same side of the deviation, indicating that the conveyor belt on both sides of the tightness is not the same or rack rugged. At this point, you should first leveling the base of the rack, remove the adhesive on the flat roller, adjust the tensioning screw or weight. If the conveyor belt left and right deviation without a fixed direction, then the conveyor belt relaxation, should adjust the tensioning mechanism. Adjustment to the drum adjustment is an important part of conveyor belt deviation adjustment, the drum installation location must be perpendicular to the conveyor conveying the direction of the center line, or inevitable deviation. As shown in Figure 2, if the conveyor belt to its right deviation, it should be the right side of the bearing seat forward (or the left bearing seat back); If the conveyor belt to the left side of the drum deviation, should Move the bearing on the left side forward (or the right bearing seat rearward).
